To that end, we have established a policy regarding the protection of personal information that consists of the following measures.

1. At JID, we require all directors, employees, and all other people involved in our business to comply with our personal information protection management system and to handle all personal information associated with our business in a safe and accurate manner.
2. At JID, we limit our handling of personal information to the scope required for our business, taking into consideration the nature and scale of our business, and we acquire and use it in an appropriate manner. Furthermore, we take measures to prevent personal information from being used beyond the scope of its purpose of use.
3. At JID, we take organizational, physical, and technical safety control measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information as well as the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information and to otherwise perform safe management of personal information. In the unlikely event of an accident or other incident, we will work to prevent the spread of damage and take corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
4. At JID, a personal information protection supervisor has been appointed. That person is given responsibilities and authority related to implementing and operating the personal information protection management system, in order to ensure appropriate management.
5. At JID, we comply with laws and regulations related to personal information as well as guidelines specified by the national government and other norms related to personal information.
6. At JID, we shall continuously make improvements to our personal information protection management system.
7. At JID, a contact point has been established for handling inquiries, complaints, consultations, and so on regarding personal information, and all such matters are to be handled within a reasonable time period and scope.
